Getting your dice to you.
Orders ship from Richmond, Indiana. U.S. orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout once the package is on its way.
Returns
A straightforward return.
If your unused set is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Dice must be returned complete and in their original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damage
We will make it right.
Ceramic is durable in play, but shipping can be unpredictable. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly so our team can help.
